We have been digging, shoveling and playing in the
26 inches of snow we received from the
Blizzard of 2010!!! New Jersey was declared a state of emergency as most were unable to leave their doorways and driveways. This is my third year now to enjoy the snow (and I still haven't tired of shoveling---well Alex does the bulk of it and I pretend to help!) For those of you back in Texas anytime you want to visit and help shovel there are plenty of takers...
The top picture was before we went to bed and the bottom picture was when we awoke to a white Christmas (eventhough it was one day late) Notice how our back gate was almost covered!!!
Our side door was covered...
We weren't driving anywhere...

Our four legged kids played until their paws were frozen...
and finally the sidewalks were complete!!!
